● The transmission system of extruder reducer is developed, designed, processed and manufactured by our company according to German technology, and has obtained a patent (ZL 2013 2 0052400.8). The gear has the requirements of high surface hardness and high core toughness. It adopts German ina and fag bearings, which have the advantages of high bearing capacity, large output torque, high torque coefficient, low noise, stable operation and long service life.
● Energy saving and consumption reduction. Our reduction gearbox adopts four-stage speed change. Compared with the cone double extruder SJZ110 / 220 with the same capacity, its power configuration is only 50%, and the service life of its screw is twice that of the cone double screw. The reason is that the power consumption and screw consumption of parallel twin-screw extrusion production line are only 60% of that of cone twin-screw extruder with the same capacity
● High production capacity. The parallel twin-screw extruder has stable operation, few faults, long service life of the screw, easy operation essentials for operators, and other comprehensive factors, so that the operation time can be controlled, the product quality is stable, and the qualified rate of the product can reach 96% (including edging).
● Save labor. The parallel twin-screw extruder has stable operation, few faults, the working current fluctuates up and down no more than 5A, and there is little time for maintenance, screw replacement and feeding adjustment. Therefore, according to the calculation of workers equipped in two production lines, the labor volume is only 70% of that of conical twin-screw extruder
