● The transmission system of extruder reducer is developed, designed, processed and manufactured by our company according to German technology, and obtained a patent (ZL 2013 2 0052400.8). The gear has the requirements of high surface hardness and high core toughness. It adopts German ina and fag bearings, which have the advantages of high bearing capacity, large output torque, high torque coefficient, low noise, stable operation and long service life. 

● Low energy consumption. Our reducer adopts four-stage speed change, which saves 50% of the power distribution compared with the cone double extruder. The vacuum pump and water pump of the auxiliary part of GF1200 pipe are equipped with backup function. The traction adopts servo control. The planetary cutting machine controlled by PLC is equipped with cutting, chamfering, one-time forming and double machine dust suction. 

● U-PVC DN1200 pipe extension line is a rare model at present. Among the only five production lines in China (capable of successfully producing qualified DN1200 pipes), three production lines are produced by Shanghai Ruichang.
