PVC self-adhesive flooring is to apply self-adhesive glue on the back of the original floor, and then use PE release film to cover and protect the glue. When installing the floor, tear off the release film to achieve a convenient and quick installation of the floor.

SPC lock flooring and PVC self-adhesive flooring are difficult to distinguish from the paving effect alone. However, there are still certain differences during use, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Foot comfort The production process and technical requirements of SPC lock flooring are relatively high. The thickness is usually about 4mm, which is larger than the usual 2mm of PVC self-adhesive flooring, and it feels more comfortable under the feet.

2. Installation process SPC lock flooring can be installed by relying on the lock connection between floors. The installation is simple and fast, and no glue is needed during the installation process. The average worker can install more than 100 square meters every day. The installation of PVC self-adhesive flooring is easier and faster. The back of the floor comes with pressure-sensitive adhesive. Just peel off the protective film and stick it directly to the ground.

3. Indoor environmental protection performance The SPC floor structure is composed of a PUR crystal shield transparent layer, a pure PVC wear-resistant layer, a rich color film layer, an SPC polymer base material layer, a soft and silent rebound layer, etc. The floor base material is made of mineral rock powder, mixed with polymer resin, and then hot pressed at high temperature to form a stable base material layer. The raw material requirements of PVC self-adhesive flooring are not as high as those of SPC lock flooring. Some manufacturers whose control is not strict enough may contain a small amount of formaldehyde in the glue, which will pose certain environmental risks.

4. Paving smoothness The hardness of SPC lock flooring is relatively high. When paving, it is not fixed to the ground by glue. Therefore, the requirements for the flatness of the ground are relatively high. If the ground is uneven, self-leveling is generally required before paving. The PVC self-adhesive floor is relatively soft and can be paved if the ground has gentle ups and downs. However, after paving, the floor will have ups and downs with the original ground. Such higher places are more susceptible to wear and tear. At the same time, floors that are too rough and uneven or have dusty and sandy surfaces are prone to degumming and warping.

5. Scope of application SPC lock flooring has great versatility and is suitable for most places of use, such as homes, offices, schools, shopping malls, etc. It has high wear resistance and long service life. PVC self-adhesive flooring has relatively weak wear resistance and is generally used for home decoration and is not suitable for places with heavy traffic.

6. Cost-effectiveness The price of SPC lock floor is generally higher than that of PVC self-adhesive floor, but its service life is long. During construction, the basic ground requirements are not high, as long as it is flat. The self-adhesive PVC floor has high requirements on the ground. It needs to be smooth and free of sand and dust. At the same time, it should avoid contact with water as much as possible. Because the self-adhesive floor is hot-stamped the glue on the floor through high temperature, it is prone to degumming and warping.
